  • How can I pay? Payment methods accepted include:
    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and Google Pay, UPI, Wallets, QR, NEFT, etc. We do not accept COD for now but will introduce soon. Stay updated on our latest news.
  • What should I do if I have moved, but sent my order to my old address?
    If you have moved or relocated, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and ensure they have your current address in time for them to forward it to your new address.
  • What is our return policy?
    Due to cross contamination issues, we do not accept returns on all Inks, Ointment tins & Jars, Soaps, etc sales are final. We do, however, guarantee all of our products quality. Each Coil machine comes with a 1-year manufacture warranty. Rotaries & Pen have standard warranty of 3 months. But you can always buy a extension pack in multiples of 3 months. If you experience any type of problem with a machine, please visit our Contact Us. We will work with you to troubleshoot and fix any issues. We will also work with you to set up your machine and accessories should you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.
  • Will I have to sign for my machine?
    As a convenience to our clients, we do not require a signature upon delivery. All packages are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    No, we don't! We can ship your items only in india.
  • Can I buy a machine if I am still apprenticing?
    Absolutely. Please provide the name of the shop you are working for and full contact information such as address, telephone number and email.
  • How long does it take to process my order?
    From the time your order is placed to the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider: fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Fulfillment Standard fulfillment time is 24-72 business hours. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building, then your shipping method will take effect and you will receive a notification with shipping information. Once UPS has shipped the item, they will email you a tracking number. Note that our fulfillment department works standard business hours: 9-6pm EST, Monday – Saturday (closed on sundays). Your order delivery date may be impacted by major Indian's holidays and government social distancing regulations that may slow down our fulfillment timings at India.   • How can I become your company distributor?
    We are very selective regarding who sells our Products. In order to be considered as a distributor, you need to prove that your company is established in the business. We also require solid references that show that your company only sells to professional artists. We will decline any request from suppliers or individuals that sell to the general public or any supplier that carries counterfeit products of any legitimate brand.
